This is a Colombia Supremo from Medellin in the Central Highlands - the traditional production area of Colombia's finest coffees. Colombian coffee is a great cup all day long. It's broad-shouldered and solid, rich and clean with a lingering walnut finish note. As an origin it 'speaks well' for the growing conditions and farming practices of those vested in it's growth.
