Dipilto is a producing region in the province of Esteli. This region is found in Nicaragua’s remote northern mountainous area. These beans are a typical example of what's known as 'mill estate' coffees. The beans were grown by a cooperative of small farmers, then picked and selected at the mill from the highest quality batches received at the peak of the harvest. The cup is sweet and lively, with bright floral notes and an elegant, dark-toned finish.
