This Ethiopian 'natural' is harvested, sun-dried, hulled and then sorted by hand. After decaffeination it still maintains a medium body with the fruit and citrus characteristic found in many great Ethiopian coffees. The undertones of lemon and cedar enhance the fullness of flavors and exaggerate the bright acidity found in every cup.
